The initial design and UI were closely aligned with the company’s branding, which many schools felt didn't reflect their own brand colors. To address this, we minimized the use of the primary blue and replaced it with black and its shades in key areas like CTAs and other prominent sections. This adjustment made the interface more neutral and user-friendly while still maintaining the presence of Squarter's brand identity with the primary blue retained in several areas.

Designed a system to help schools manage academic sessions easily. Enabled the setup of new sessions, definition of terms, and organization of the academic calendar to streamline planning and keep everything organized. Simplified configuring academic years, assigning terms to grades, and planning events to make it easier for schools to track and manage their schedules. Improved academic operations by organizing class groups, managing subjects, and setting up timetables to enhance efficiency and structure in daily activities.

Developed a transport management module to simplify handling vehicle details, routes, and fee allocation for efficient operations. Built a fee management system with options for fee types, structures, concessions, and collection methods. Added advanced features like pro-data calculations, fine management, and automated fee scheduling to address the unique needs of each institution.

Optimized the enrollment process with admission settings that include customizable stages, smart validations, and online payment options. Improved the finance module by adding detailed fee settings, including taxation, refunds, and global payment integrations. Created a flexible form builder with drag-and-drop functionality, field mapping, and automated notifications to increase administrative efficiency.
