Formstack | PDF Exports Redesign - UX Research and UX Design

Formstack empowers anyone to quickly and easily build custom forms without specialized skills or coding. However, to achieve the same level of customization once the data is collected, customers need high-level technical skills to stitch together third-party integrations.

I was responsible for the end-to-end design process, from research through implementation.

This project was the first to launch using the new design system, and thanks to the extra efforts by the front-end developer and me, it launched on time.

It was pivotal in making Formstack more enterprise-friendly. Through user interviews and collaboration with the PM, we identified gaps in enterprise offerings, shaping the Formstack roadmap for three years.
