A better camping experience

HeyCamper is a web application that connects people who want to rent out their properties with people who are looking for places to camp with their recreational vehicles (RVs). I was the main product designer working on this project with a team of Product Managers and Engineers.

HeyCamper wanted to build a web application where RV campers could search and reserve campsites easily. After carrying out research we were able to uncover some problems RV campers were having with websites that offered similar services, we identified issues with their search experience and how information was displayed to users.

Although there are two types of users of this product, the Host and the RV camper, our business goal for our MVP was to meet the needs of the RV camper which were finding and booking campsites.
