The client approached me with the goal of establishing an online presence for their new business. They had two specific requirements: a single-page website and a vibrant, colourful design. To ensure a prompt delivery, I opted for WordPress as the Content Management System (CMS), utilizing a custom theme. The primary challenge was ensuring the seamless functionality of the custom menu system on the right-hand side as users scrolled down the page.Project Solution:To empower the client to easily update the website as needed, I developed a custom backend within WordPress. This allowed each section to function more like an individual "WordPress" page. The menu on the right-hand side was intelligently generated, pulling information dynamically from these individual pages. This approach granted the client the flexibility to maintain and update the site without the need to directly engage with the underlying code.
