Case Study: Calico Website Migration and Team Enablement
Overview
Calico partnered with me to migrate their website to Framer with the goal of improving maintainability, design flexibility, and publishing speed. I supported the team throughout the entire process—from early planning to post-launch—while ensuring internal stakeholders were fully onboarded and confident using the platform.
The Challenge
Calico’s existing setup required a careful migration to avoid disrupting ongoing marketing and content operations. The team needed clarity around Framer’s capabilities, guidance on best practices, and ongoing support as they transitioned their workflows. Enabling non-technical team members to manage content independently was a key requirement.
The Approach
I worked closely with Calico through a structured, hands-on approach that combined technical execution with education and enablement. Support included:

Live onboarding and Q&A calls tailored to the team’s needs
Ongoing guidance on content management and publishing workflows
Best practice recommendations for structure, components, and page creation
