Camilo Gonzalez
As the project manager for strategic initiatives, I orchestrated a multifaceted approach to launch initiatives across 66 cities, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and achieving a successful nationwide rollout.
In a pivotal leadership role, we designed solutions, reviewed technology proposals, and set standards for a variety of technology implementations. I was also responsible for overseeing two main technology projects, focusing on implementations in 66 different cities across the country. Simultaneously, I conducted thorough technical reviews of construction plans, wireless connections, and potential risks within the implementations.
Navigating challenges in nationwide coordination and technical reviews, I applied agile methodologies, KANBAN panels, and effective communication strategies. Collaborating closely with the cross-functional team, we improved technology proposals, set standards, and ensured effective implementation in diverse cities. Utilized BI solutions like Tableau for reporting and logbook software for daily changes and onsite construction follow-ups.
Spearheading a cross-functional team, I collaborated with a diverse group, including a civil engineer, two industrial engineers, a lawyer, an architect, and a telecommunications engineer. Our engagement spanned over 200 stakeholders involved in project-related activities, both internally within our organization and through interactions with third-party vendors.
