Led the end-to-end redesign of the core reconciliation feature for a B2B SaaS platform serving banking and financial operations teams. The existing system crashed under complex configurations, blocking power users and limiting growth. I restructured the work into 4 phased epics, introduced 3 new functionalities, and ran 4 rounds of usability testing — reducing crash incidents by 90%.
