Crafted an app that allows organization to easily configure a custom web component chat icon which highlights common organizational info in a single top level place on their website.
The app features various pre-created sections that can be configured and toggled on or off for contact, video of the day, ask a question and general summary. Additionally, the app allows the user to upload documents that feed a curated, AI chatbot that only answers questions from those provided docs.
The project was created using Next.js for the APIs along with the UI for the site and admin config part of the tool. The web component was built using Vue.js and exported as a web-component easily integrated into websites or website builders like Wix.
