Dos Sentidos started with the disappointment of the owner when she tasted an extremely popular dessert and tasted... nothing. Beneath all of the decorations and fame, was nothing. She realized then that the culinary world around her was shifting from flavor to aesthetics, that people were abandoning the quality of the food and placing irrational importance on adorning the plate. She made her mission to achieve the opposite: a dessert that looked magnificent but tasted even better. Her desserts would appeal to both senses: sight and taste.
