Dos Sentidos is an ice cream and dessert brand that creates rich and indulgent flavors without chemicals and additives. Their distinctive flavor comes from a deep eagerness to achieve the best and creamiest flavor using only natural ingredients.

Dos Sentidos started with the disappointment of the owner when she tasted an extremely popular dessert and tasted... nothing. Beneath all of the decorations and fame, was nothing. She realized then that the culinary world around her was shifting from flavor to aesthetics, that people were abandoning the quality of the food and placing irrational importance on adorning the plate. She made her mission to achieve the opposite: a dessert that looked magnificent but tasted even better. Her desserts would appeal to both senses: sight and taste.

Following that internal motivation, we decided to name the brand "Dos Sentidos" which directly translates to "Two Senses" because Dos Sentidos looks magnificent but tastes even better!

One of my favorite parts of creating a brand is naming it. I love writing and poetry and for me, names are vital. Names come even before you can see the brand, it's the first impression and can really give unexpected strength to it.

Dos Sentidos is one of my favorite names! I think it's because of the musicality of the syllables when you say them in Spanish and the meaning and message behind them. It's a different name unlike what's in the market in which Dos Sentidos wants to establish itself.

One of the brand's values is simplicity. We tried to design the packaging the way Dos Sentidos formulates their ice cream: without unnecessary details. No chemicals, no additives.

The owner was a delight to work with and she was as sweet as her ice creams were. Unlike anything I had tasted before. A beautiful soul with a beautiful and meaningful business!
