When I audit a course, I focus purely on real learner feedback because that's the only way to see where students actually get stuck and what needs to be fixed. For this project, I analyzed student metrics and reviews, uncovered hidden bottlenecks in their journey, and redesigned the motivation mechanics to help more people reach graduation.
