Through collaboration with the esteemed organization YouCanFreeUs, I was entrusted with the creation of a comprehensive educational book on modern slavery. This impactful resource is designed for widespread use in middle-grade schools worldwide, aiming to enlighten and empower young minds, ultimately contributing to the reduction of potential victims.
Crafted with a keen focus on the target audience of young adults, the book, aptly titled "Libertas," required meticulous attention to detail in presenting a wealth of information in an engaging and accessible manner. The challenge was met by employing a strategic combination of vibrant colors drawn from the YouCanFreeUs brand, accompanied by generous white space, large typography, and seamlessly integrated imagery and graphical elements. This thoughtful design ensures that students can navigate through the extensive content with ease, fostering a learning environment that captivates their attention and facilitates comprehension.
