A funky collaboration, in the image of Julie, chef and founder of the restaurant. Berchoux is a creative, flexitarian neighborhood canteen that sublimates the unsold produce of Parisian markets with world cuisine. A restaurant followed by a great bunch of regulars and a friendly energy 🍽️
