Overview
I developed a comprehensive platform for managing wedding invitations digitally. The system allows couples to create and automatically send invitations via official WhatsApp, providing a modern and efficient way to manage their guest list.
Each invitation generates a unique QR code to track and confirm receipt, ensuring a smooth and elegant experience for both guests and the couple.
Challenge
Traditional wedding invitations are often:
Time-consuming to design and distribute
Hard to track for RSVPs and confirmations
Difficult to manage for large guest lists
Lacking real-time updates
The client wanted a fully digital solution that simplifies invitation management, tracks responses, and enhances the overall experience for their guests.
Solution
I built the platform using Laravel, Livewire, and TailwindCSS (TALL Stack), providing:
Digital invitations via WhatsApp: Automatic delivery to each guest
Unique QR codes: Each invitation has a trackable QR code for confirmations
Guest management: Easy tracking of RSVPs and responses
Streamlined event organization: Centralized dashboard for all invitations
Elegant UX: Clean, mobile-friendly interface ensuring a smooth guest experience
