Everwage, a cloud-based human resources information system, offers HR and payroll solutions to businesses based in Ghana. The system provides out-of-the-box features that enable business owners to automate their HR and payroll processes seamlessly.
As a startup, Everwage needed the buy-ins of businesses on the use of their platform. Many companies in Ghana prefer to use their traditional spreadsheet software for computation. How could Everwage persuade these businesses to switch to a more convenient, robust system?
Even though Everwage was only getting started, it already had an identity. However, this identity required a makeover. When they wanted to advance the service, I was hired to help with creating marketing materials to go along with their long-term plan. The original brand colors and logomark were something they wanted to keep. Following agreement on the company's new look, a collection of brand assets was rolled out.
Everwage was able to increase conversion up to 10% within 3 months of customer interaction, after going to market with the new brand collateral.
