During my time as the Communications Manager (Administrative Director) at Espace Charost, I embraced a collaborative and approachable leadership style to spearhead communication initiatives and foster meaningful connections with our audience. By infusing creativity and analytical insights into our strategies, I led efforts to increase the viewership of our Instagram page, creating a welcoming online community that resonated with our supporters. Through engaging campaigns, I attracted over 50 investors, leveraging transparent and inclusive communication to convey our organisation's vision effectively.

A highlight of my role was developing a comprehensive social media strategy and content plan, where I prioritised authenticity and approachability in our online interactions. Another key highlights of my role was spearheading the comprehensive rebranding of the company. This initiative involved a meticulous process of strategic planning, creative brainstorming, and collaborative execution.

In addition to social media, I utilised platforms like HubSpot and Mailchimp to streamline our email marketing efforts and nurture relationships with our audience. By leveraging these tools, I optimised our email campaigns for maximum engagement and effectiveness, delivering targeted and personalised communications that resonated with our subscribers. Through strategic segmentation and automation, we achieved significant increases in open rates and click-through rates, driving measurable results for the organisation.
