Through my leadership, I the implemented an onboarding training program tailored to newcomers, ensuring their seamless integration into the Support department and nurturing a sense of belonging from day one.

One of my key achievements was the implementation and management of Knowledge Base, a platform that served as a centralised hub for knowledge organisation and sharing. With SharePoint, I facilitated easy access to essential resources and information, empowering team members to collaborate more effectively and make informed decisions. Additionally, I led the migration of IT software for the UK branch, overseeing the transition process and ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
