During my tenure as an Internal Communications & Knowledge Manager at Sopra Banking Software, I focused on a collaborative and supportive work environment while enhancing communication channels and knowledge sharing practices. I collaborated closely with Support directors, cultivating a harmonious work culture that promoted openness and teamwork. Through my leadership, I the implemented an onboarding training program tailored to newcomers, ensuring their seamless integration into the Support department and nurturing a sense of belonging from day one.
One of my key achievements was the implementation and management of Knowledge Base, a platform that served as a centralised hub for knowledge organisation and sharing. With SharePoint, I facilitated easy access to essential resources and information, empowering team members to collaborate more effectively and make informed decisions. Additionally, I led the migration of IT software for the UK branch, overseeing the transition process and ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
Another significant achievement was the transformation of communication dynamics within the company, shifting from a traditional top-down approach to a more collaborative and lateral communication model.
My leadership skills were instrumental in driving these initiatives forward, as I fostered an inclusive and supportive environment where team members felt empowered to contribute their ideas and insights. By promoting open communication and recognising the value of each individual's expertise, I facilitated a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Through these efforts, I not only enhanced internal communication processes but also contributed to the overall success and cohesion of the organisation.
