Alaris Platform — UX/UI Enhancements & Functional Expansion

Description:

This project focused on elevating the existing Alaris platform through strategic UX and UI updates rather than a full redesign. The main challenge was improving usability and flow consistency across the buyer, seller, and admin environments without disrupting the product’s established structure or data logic.
Challenges
The Alaris platform already contained complex buyer–seller matching logic and multiple user roles, which made it essential to integrate new functionality seamlessly. Many existing layouts were not optimized for clarity or scalability, and users faced confusion about how different areas of the system (like questionnaires and profiles) were connected. The admin side also lacked direct management tools for assigning and sharing profiles securely.
My Approach & Solutions
I started by auditing the entire flow and identifying key usability friction points.
From there, I introduced several targeted improvements across the product:
Admin Seller Account Enhancements:
Added new functional blocks for Assigned Buyers and Share Profile, allowing the Alaris admin to securely manage buyer access. The design included search, assign/remove actions, and password-protected sharing with domain restrictions for added security. Live site: https://www.alarisacquisitions.com/
