Project overview

Social360 is an all-in-one social media management platform for creators, brands, businesses, and agencies. It combines AI content creation, post scheduling, account management, analytics, messaging, comments, brand assets, and subscription management in one workspace.
I worked on Social360 as a Senior Bubble Developer, improving existing functionality, building new integrations, redesigning important user journeys, and helping make the platform more scalable and reliable.

The challenge

Social360 needed to support several social networks while giving users one consistent experience. The existing social integration relied on Pathfix, which limited the platform’s ability to manage profiles and access important features reliably.
The platform also needed improvements across several areas:
Connecting and reconnecting multiple social accounts
Publishing, scheduling, and deleting posts
Retrieving social and post analytics
Managing messages and comments
Supporting Facebook advertising
Improving signup and onboarding
Fixing subscription and payment issues
Creating a clearer trial-to-paid-user journey
Improving transactional emails and conversion tracking
The main challenge was connecting these different systems without making the product complicated for the end user.

My role

I worked as the Senior Bubble Developer responsible for developing and improving both the product interface and its backend workflows.
My work covered:
Bubble frontend development
Database structure and application logic
Backend and scheduled workflows
REST API integrations
Authentication and onboarding
Subscription and payment workflows
Social media integrations
Transactional email automation
Debugging and production improvements

The solution

I helped develop a unified workspace where users can connect their social accounts, manage brands, generate content with AI, publish posts, monitor performance, and interact with their audiences.
A major part of the project was migrating the social media infrastructure from Pathfix to Ayrshare Business. This required rebuilding the connection process and updating the workflows that depended on social profile data.

Social account infrastructure

I implemented a new profile connection system using Ayrshare Business.
The workflow included:
Creating a unique Ayrshare profile for each user or brand
Saving the generated profile key inside Bubble
Generating secure JWT connection links
Allowing users to connect or reconnect their social accounts
Associating every publishing and analytics request with the correct profile
This created a more scalable foundation for managing multiple users, brands, and connected accounts.

Publishing and scheduling

I developed the workflows required to create and manage social media posts from the Social360 dashboard.
Users can:
Select connected social platforms
Create content inside the platform
Publish posts immediately
Schedule posts for a future date
Manage scheduled content
Delete previously created posts
Maintain separation between different brands and profiles
The interface and backend logic were connected to Ayrshare’s posting endpoints while keeping the experience simple for the user.

AI content creation

Social360 includes an AI-powered Idea Lab designed to help users move from an initial idea to publish-ready content.
The experience allows users to:
Enter a content request or topic
Generate social media copy
Refine the generated response
Prepare content for a selected platform
Move the result into the publishing workflow
The AI functionality was designed as part of the wider content-management experience instead of being treated as a separate chatbot.

Analytics

I implemented workflows for retrieving and displaying both account-level and post-level analytics.
This allows users to review social performance without manually visiting every connected platform.
The analytics structure supports:
Social account insights
Individual post performance
Platform-specific responses
Profile-based data separation
Structured API data displayed inside Bubble
The API responses were processed and stored in a format that could be used throughout the dashboard.

Messages and comments

I worked on Social360’s engagement functionality so users could manage conversations from the same platform used to publish their content.
This included:
Facebook messaging API workflows
Messaging interface development
Retrieving conversations and messages
Creating comment-management workflows
Displaying comments inside the dashboard
Connecting engagement data to the correct social profile
The purpose was to reduce the need to move between multiple social applications when responding to an audience.

Facebook Ads integration

I also worked on the initial Facebook Ads functionality, connecting advertising-related API workflows with the Social360 platform.
This established a foundation for allowing brands and agencies to manage more of their social media activity from one account.

Authentication and onboarding redesign

The original signup and onboarding journey needed a clearer structure. I redesigned and developed the main authentication flow, including:
Signup
Login
Account verification
User onboarding
Brand setup
Trial activation
Payment selection
Access based on subscription status
The redesigned journey helps users understand the platform and reach the main dashboard with fewer unnecessary steps.

Subscription and billing improvements

Social360 offers different plans for creators, brands, businesses, and agencies. I worked on the subscription logic and resolved an issue where a recurring plan was being processed incorrectly.
My billing work included:
Fixing Stripe subscription behaviour
Supporting monthly and annual plans
Connecting plans with platform limits
Managing trial and paid account states
Developing a dedicated payment page
Displaying usage information
Controlling access based on the selected plan
The account area gives users a clearer view of their current plan, usage, brands, team members, rewards, and API-related features.

Email and conversion tracking

I integrated Brevo API workflows to support important transactional communication.
The work included multiple API calls for user and account-related emails, along with improvements to conversion tracking.
This helped connect important lifecycle events such as registration, onboarding, trials, and payments with the platform’s communication and tracking systems.

Additional improvements

Alongside the major features, I fixed and improved several areas across the application:
Blog functionality
API error handling
Invalid input issues
Responsive interface behaviour
Subscription states
Social connection errors
Post creation errors
User experience inconsistencies
Production workflow reliability

Core features delivered

Multi-brand management
Multi-platform social account connections
AI-assisted content generation
Immediate social publishing
Scheduled posts
Post deletion and management
Social account analytics
Post-level analytics
Facebook messaging
Comment management
Facebook Ads integration
Brand asset management

Tools and technologies

Bubble
Ayrshare Business API
REST APIs
JWT authentication
OpenAI-powered content workflows
Stripe
Brevo
Facebook APIs
Bubble backend workflows
Scheduled workflows
Responsive web development

Technical highlights

One of the most important technical parts of this project was managing different social profiles securely and ensuring that every API request used the correct profile key.
The application also required careful handling of:
Nested API responses
Authentication tokens
Scheduled backend operations
Subscription permissions
Multiple account states
Platform-specific errors
Usage limits
User and brand data separation

The outcome

The result is a more complete and scalable social media management platform. Users can move from generating an idea to publishing content, monitoring performance, and managing engagement within one connected workspace.
The project demonstrates my ability to work on an existing production SaaS, understand complex third-party integrations, rebuild critical workflows, and improve both the technical foundation and user experience.
