Otto: AI Command Centre for Product Managers (Web & Desktop)
Product managers live in five tools at once: a tracker, docs, spreadsheets for management reporting, a roadmap deck and a chat thread full of decisions. Nothing connects, so every Friday turns into a status-update scramble.
What I built
Otto is an AI command centre for product managers, live at ottomated.netlify.app with a Windows desktop app. I own the product end to end, from vision and UX to the shipped web and desktop builds, and I built it with AI coding tools.
Dashboard: portfolio health, team workload and the decisions waiting on the PM.
Projects and tasks: sub-projects, queues, decisions and stakeholders in one place.
Management tracker and weekly summaries: live status that exports to Excel, so reporting takes minutes, not an afternoon.
Roadmap and OKRs: plans tied to the objectives they serve.
AI product reviews: UX, QA and accessibility audits of a live product, with screenshot evidence.
AI assistant and MCP server: ask Otto anything, or let Claude read and update projects directly.
Voice control: a wake word and spoken commands.
Why it matters for clients
Otto is the tool I use to run my own product work. Building it taught me how to take an AI-first product from idea to daily use: scoping, data model, UX, release and iteration. I bring the same approach to client MVPs.
