1) My client's goal was to be able to present the P&L numbers to the senior management in a manner which was easy to understand and be able to engage them well without overwhelming them with too much of jargon and numbers.

2) To achieve this, I built a dashboard for presenting the P&L in a graphical format.

3) This helped the stakeholders to quickly grasp the financial health of the business without delving into complex financial statements

4) The dashboard was created in a comprehensive manner to make sure no details are skipped should there be a need to delve into specifics
