Introduced self-serve onboarding pathways alongside sales-assisted journeys to capture both SMB and enterprise segments.
Developed metrics to monitor PLG funnel performance and continuously optimized based on engagement and conversion data.
Result: Broadened the acquisition funnel and drove an increase in both free-to-paid conversions and enterprise deal velocity.
