Habité — Real Estate Agency Website

Preview:

Brief:

A refined real estate agency needed a website that matched the quality of the homes they represent. Most real estate websites are built around volume — listings stacked on listings, filters everywhere, noise. This agency works differently. Curated properties, considered presentation, and the belief that a home deserves to be shown with the same care it was built with.

Solution:

We designed and built a full real estate website in Framer. Eight pages built around calm, editorial layouts that let the properties speak without the website getting in the way. A CMS-powered listings section means properties can be added, updated, and removed without touching the design. Each listing has its own detail page with location, photography, and all the information a serious buyer needs.
The enquiry flow was structured to guide visitors from browsing to getting in touch naturally, without pressure. Clean typography, deliberate whitespace, and a layout that feels as considered as the homes it presents.

Outcome:

A real estate website that does not look like a real estate website. Built for agencies and brokers who understand that how you present a property is part of the property itself.
