I designed and built BookingFlow

I designed and built BookingFlow for Lumina Studio, a fictional beauty business.

The app simplifies booking with customizable services, transparent pricing, compatible professionals, and available time slots. Customers manage their appointments through private links, while the owner uses a protected dashboard.

Its standout feature is cancellation recovery: when a slot opens, the system matches compatible waiting-list customers, sends an email with a secure acceptance link, and gives the slot to the first valid acceptance.

The interface and recovery emails support English and Spanish. The video demonstrates the customer experience and a separate business dashboard with fictional demo data.
