Enhance the Dashboard UI with PrimeNg

Implement State Management with Ngrx

Consume the APIs and change the APIs

Implement Signature Pad

Fixing Charts

Fixing Calendar, and enhancing the event

Bug fixing, debugging and testing.

The first improvement I made was to create a state management, to make it smoother to load data and display the UI.
