Elevate Customer Experience Kajabi UX Project

Since May 2024, I’ve been serving as strategic lead, Kajabi architect, and site optimizer for SimpliCollege. I combined platform rework, site design, and content experience strategy to make sure the Kajabi site and its products deliver a seamless, scalable experience for both B2B clients and their employees.

I led the full reworking and interconnection of 11 Kajabi products, creating a cohesive ecosystem for the client base. I also introduced gamification elements to boost engagement and executed a complete website design rework to align free and paid content into a clear, intuitive structure.

11-Product Ecosystem Build – I reworked and interconnected 11 Kajabi products into a fully integrated system for 1,000+ active clients.

Full Kajabi Website Rework – I redesigned and optimized the entire Kajabi site, transforming both the free front-end and behind-paywall client experience.

Gamification Integration – I added motivational elements to improve participation and completion rates.

Seamless Transition Execution – I managed a smooth rollout of all changes with no disruption for existing clients.
