The platform provides comprehensive shipment details, including route, tracking, carrier, content, documents, and more. I redesigned the layout by replacing the accordion structure with a tabbed interface, enhancing the user experience by improving content visibility, organization, and ease of navigation.

Profile redesign improved the overall UX by reducing navigation complexity, making critical tasks faster and more intuitive

Invoices were created with inline table editing instead of using popups for adding lines. This made it easier to focus on the invoice amounts and improved the user experience by keeping everything in one place.

Users can set up module-based dashboards, but the main UX issues were editing modules through popups and the inability to adjust module sizes. I suggested using a layout grid, allowing users to easily resize modules and decide which ones should be larger, greatly improving flexibility and usability.

For this project, I focused on improving the platform's usability and functionality. Key changes included using tabs instead of accordions for better content visibility, implementing inline table editing for invoices to simplify management, avoiding popups and overlays, redesigning dashboards with a layout grid.
