Jigsaw had seen a good demand for their products in the Indian market in the past but lately found themselves surrounded by international competition with superior products and deeper pockets.
We redefined their new user experience by focusing on product positioning, content engagement & lead generation. The new experience resulted in a 500% increase in signup conversions.
The project has been awarded "Best Design" at UX India Conference.
