PT Hawaii | Physical Therapy Across Hawaiian Islands

Designed and built a full Webflow website for PT Hawaii, a physical therapy practice serving patients across five locations in Hawaii (Waipahu, Kapolei, Honolulu, Kailua-Kona, and Lihue) since 1999.

The site needed to handle a large volume of medical content — 9+ service lines and 10+ body-region/condition categories, each with detailed symptom lists — without overwhelming visitors or looking like a clinical directory. I organized this into an interactive "Identify Your Pain" module, letting users click through body areas (knee, hip, shoulder, lower back, pelvic floor, TMJ, and more) to instantly surface relevant conditions and guide them toward the right service page.

Key elements delivered:

Interactive symptom/body-map navigation — a custom UI pattern for surfacing dense medical content in a scannable, patient-friendly way

Structured service architecture — organized 9 core services (Physical Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, Massage, Work Conditioning, FCE, Lymphedema, Pelvic Floor, TMJ, Concussion/Vertigo) into clear, individually templated pages

CMS-driven blog/resources section for patient success stories, featuring testimonials from professional and Olympic athletes

New patient onboarding flow — clear step-by-step process with downloadable/fillable PDF intake forms

Partnership branding integration — featured the practice's official corporate partnership with University of Hawaii Athletics

Multi-location structure built for easy scalability as the practice grows

Responsive, accessible design with hero video, testimonial carousel, and clean CTA paths throughout

The result is a website that makes a wide range of medical/rehabilitation services easy to navigate for patients while giving the practice a credible, athletic-caliber brand presence (reinforced by real testimonials from Olympians and pro athletes who trained through their program).
