From idea to investor readiness in the travel market
I co-founded a travel startup where my focus was research, product direction, and brand. While the product never went live, I worked as the only designer from concept to investor readiness, conducting extensive user interviews, testing product concepts, and shaping the story that tied user needs to market potential.
I worked closely with product and growth, conducting user interviews and tests, applying product frameworks to guide feature decisions, and refining concepts based on successive feedback.
At the same time, I was preparing the company for fundraising. I built the initial brand system, designed the pitch deck, and worked on the story investors would see. Branding was not separate from product. It was a tool to spark early interest, communicate value, and support monetization strategies from the beginning.
