Designed and developed a professional HVAC website for CMB HVAC, a locally owned Utah heating and cooling company serving Davis, Salt Lake, and Morgan counties across the Wasatch Front.
The goal was to create a service-focused digital experience that makes it easy for homeowners and light-commercial customers to understand their HVAC options, identify the right service, and schedule an appointment with confidence.
The website presents a comprehensive range of heating and cooling services, including AC repair and installation, furnace repair and replacement, heat pumps, ductwork, indoor air quality, thermostats and controls, water heaters, HVAC system replacement, and preventive maintenance. This detailed service architecture gives visitors clear pathways based on the problem they are experiencing or the system they need help with. 
A major focus was building trust around the service experience. CMB HVAC highlights its Utah contractor license, local ownership, 5-star Google rating, free service call, fixed-price quotes, and commitment to explaining repair or replacement options before work begins. 
The website also turns complex HVAC replacement decisions into a more understandable customer journey. Visitors are guided through considerations such as their home's layout, insulation, ductwork, comfort goals, equipment options, and Manual J load calculations rather than being pushed directly toward a generic replacement package. 
From a UI/UX perspective, the experience is structured around real customer questions: What is wrong with my system? What service do I need? What will happen during the visit? How much will it cost? And how do I schedule? Clear calls to action for online booking and phone contact are positioned throughout the website to reduce friction and turn service research into appointments.
The website also incorporates a dedicated customer process that explains the journey from describing the concern and confirming the visit scope through reviewing findings, comparing options, and authorizing approved work. This helps reinforce transparency and gives visitors a clearer understanding of what to expect before a technician arrives. 
Local visibility was another important component. CMB HVAC serves customers from its Layton base across the Wasatch Front, with dedicated service-area content covering communities including Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. This creates a strong foundation for location-based search visibility while keeping the primary conversion journey focused on scheduling service. 
The result is a responsive, conversion-focused HVAC website that combines service discovery, local SEO, trust-building, transparent pricing communication, online booking, educational content, and customer-focused UX into a clear digital experience designed to generate qualified service inquiries.
