An online platform helping artists live-stream their performances for fans from around the globe.

Whalebone was a very fun project I enjoyed a lot. We started with a very simple task to create a flowchart of all app screens. This exercise showed that current app version is not suitable for end users, showed its weaknesses and improvement points. Together we started thinking how we could enhance user experience and overhaul the platform.

That's how latest version of the platform was born. We redesigned whole thing from scratch. Built the design system for efficient communication with developers. Hired two designers and established design department of the company.
