Challenge: Implement the new logistic footprint resultant of a merger from two companies, preparing logistic flows, systems and legal entities in 15 EMEA Distribution Centers (DCs).
Role & responsibilities:
Central leader of the transformation. Responsible from PMO Concept to execution.
Definition of the project plans with each of the 15 DC project managers, creation and lead of the governance and drumbeat, support and deep dive in the technical execution, presentation of results, risks and needs to the board.
Team of 12 consultants / analysts and 15 PMs from the client.

13 DCs delivered on time and within budget / 2 DCs with < 3months delay and low impact on sales
