Triangle’s Concierge — Custom Service Booking & Operations Platform

🔎 Overview

Conceived, designed, and launched a bespoke booking and operations system for Triangle’s Concierge. The platform gives customers an easy way to schedule concierge services (house cleaning, laundry, errands and full home management) while providing the business with a centralized admin console to manage jobs, clients, contractors, payments and status updates.
The project moved the entire business from manual booking and spreadsheets into a fully automated digital ecosystem.

Client‑Facing Booking Flow

Multi‑step booking wizard that guides customers through choosing a service (House Cleaning, Laundry Service, Errand Service or Concierge Service), entering home size / scope, selecting a date & time, adding optional notes and confirming their booking.
Dynamic booking logic: the wizard automatically populates the next steps (e.g., home-size options, add‑on choices) based on the service type selected, giving each customer a tailored booking experience.
Dynamic pricing shown for different home sizes or service scopes, giving instant clarity on costs before checkout.
Add‑ons step for upsells or extra tasks depending on the service type.
Clean UX with progress indicators (Service Type → Details → Add‑ons → Confirm) to reduce drop‑offs.

Payment & Checkout

Integrated with Stripe to handle secure, instant payments at the final step.
Supports one‑time service charges with clear pricing displayed at booking.
Eliminates the need for off‑site invoicing or manual payment collection.

🧠 Client Intake & Data Capture

Built custom forms that collect address, service notes and scheduling preferences.
Intake responses automatically associate with the booking record — no separate forms or tools required.

Admin Dashboard Features

Dashboard Overview: Shows active jobs, total revenue, number of active contractors and weekly profit.
New Contractor Applications: Displays incoming contractor applicants with contact details and completion status.
New Job Requests & Weekly Financials: Flags pending jobs and summarizes weekly payouts and profit.
Calendar View: Month calendar to visualize upcoming jobs.
Recent Jobs Table: Lists recent bookings with client name, service type, date, assigned contractor, status (Scheduled, In Progress, Completed) and price.
Navigation Sections: Dedicated tabs for Jobs, Clients, Contractors, Payouts and Settings, making it easy to manage every part of the business.
Status Management: Allows staff to mark jobs as Queued, Scheduled, In Progress or Complete, ensuring clear workflow visibility.
Contractor & Client Management: Admins can view and manage contractors and clients from within the platform.

Impact

Streamlined the entire booking and service‑delivery process into one unified system.

Provided the business owner with a real‑time view of operations, revenue and workload, dramatically reducing admin time.
