Solution: We introduced a live AI-driven recruitment automation that:
Captures every new application via a Softr form
Transforms PDF/DOC resumes into clean, AI-ready text
Uses an OpenAI agent to assign fit scores (0–10), detail risks, rewards, and highlight strengths/weaknesses
Automatically emails personalized feedback within minutes of submission
Outcome:
90% faster feedback: reduced from 14 days to 5 minutes across all open roles
10 hours saved per hire, reinvested into client strategy and candidate engagement
60% drop in candidate drop-off rate during screening
