I created a Business plan for this successful real estate consulting company in Istanbul Turkey, and followed up also in the implementation of the Business plan with a position in the company, where I oversee the operation of the company ensuring that the business is being dynamic and the Business plan is evolving as the market climate changes constantly.

Problem & Solution 🤝

I provided clarity for the Business owners, in terms of where to start, how to structure their services to reflect the value that they offer, how to identify their base customers, and what to adjust in other to attract different base customers.

Goals/Requirements: Add some goals or requirements that helped get this project to the finish line. • Getting the Business to 100,000 USD generated revenue in the first year • Creating a property management portfolio of 30 properties in the first year • Making an easy to sell product list with the services that the company offer
