The challenge
Pensions are boring, and traditional providers are slow. The film had to make a long-term benefit feel immediate.
The idea
Contrast the old way (40 minutes on hold) with one message, then make the benefit grow like stacked blocks.
Good people leave. Give them a reason to stay.
The problem
40 minutes on hold: a call timer on a dark screen.
Good people leave: a quiet, editorial line on warm white.
The answer
One that grows every month: orange blocks stack up.
40% cheaper versus a salary raise, shown as two bars.
Results in three cards: +140% plan adoption, 92% conversion, #1 retention benefit.
Make them stay: the blocks resolve into the logo.
