Managing the initial phases of a Food/Beverage E-commerc Startup

As a final-year project, a group of students is challenged to run an SME. Where the small enterprise has to manage its expenses, maintain margins, source the product and end the sales in profit. All the basic and essential rules of a company were to be set and cemented. That experience helped a lot in setting up a startup from the ground up and helped my current employer set foot in the market. It involved all the steps from setting up the offices to recruiting talents, following up with the IT team, helping set up marketing campaigns to even maintaining the financial records of the company for some time.
