My client is a UGC creator and educator helping her audience build income online by entering the world of UGC.
She has a ton of ideas and she's an authority in her space but she's missing one thing: Time!
The Challenge
I want to post more talking-to-camera videos, but I don’t have time to edit all of them.
Despite having strong ideas and valuable knowledge, the client was facing a few key challenges:
⏰ Lack of time to edit and post consistently.
🎬 Limited technical capacity to turn long raw footage into high-performing short-form content.
📉 Videos were informative, but not fully optimized for engagement or brand identity.
The Direction
The goal was to design a short-form video system that would:
Elevate her brand visually and emotionally
Increase engagement without over-editing.
Turn long recordings into multiple scroll-stopping moments.
Give her time back!
The Execution
I took a strategy-first editing approach.
From 15 minutes of raw footage, I:
Identified high-retention moments and strong hooks
Structured clips for clarity, pacing, and flow
Applied clean, on-brand edits optimized for short-form platforms
Enhanced delivery while keeping her presence natural and confident.
Every edit was made with one question in mind: Would this make someone stop scrolling?”
The Results
The outcome was SO well-received from the community!
