Stepping onto the outdoor wooden deck, take a moment to pause and grasp the serene natural landscape, hugging the residence in harmony. The deck slices through a large pool, leading you into the heart of the glass-infused concrete home. In an ell beyond is a semi-shaded deck featuring an expansive outdoor lounge and a full-fledged bar house.

The design elements exude a prominent beauty, keeping your focus unwavering upon enormous glass walls, elongated cantilevers, jutting balconies, glass bridges and a geometric play of solids and voids.

Alternatively, let’s drive in from the front.

An array of streamlined coconut trees graces your first perspective at the residence. Philosophically, it triggers your visual-scape as these trees seem to transform into the sleek and slender metallic assembly of uprights in the background. The double-height design longs you to gaze upon lean columns sandwiched by glass panes, bracing a staggering roof along with a pompous full-length monolithic door. Abutted on the right is a four-car garage house, extending out as a cubic volume, while the lengthy left-wing houses rich and spacious bedrooms.

The massive grey door, imitating the lines of ‘Piet Mondrian’, revolves in a gargantuan-style, asserting a grand entry into the abode. The theatrical space assembles a large arena, coupling a wide central living space and a dining area buffered by a black metallic framed-shelf suspended from the panelled ceiling. You can enjoy a good flick with sparkling wine at the winery cum tv cubicle transitioning from the living room. Alongside, an elegant staircase leads to the upper-level placed midway between private and open spaces.

The five luxurious bedrooms on the left sector are aligned to face a screen of bamboo foliage that perches alongside the site periphery. Attached baths wash an opulent identity, served with bathtubs and lavish dressing rooms. An additional family room on the first level makes a perfect hub for the family to gather and cherish beautiful moments. A glass bridge neighbors the family space, dividing it into an office studio and an outdoor terrace gym. Another glass bridge is slashed centrally across the residence, leading to the main bedroom. It is curated by an ensemble of an ottoman sofa and a bathtub, decorously placed to a panoramic view of the sea. The bedroom steps out to an L-shaped private terrace balcony, where you can spectacle spectacular sunsets.
