Project Overview

Verma Jewelry Group operates two separate websites: one focused on selling fine jewelry, and the other on estate jewelry resale. The goal of this project was to redesign the digital experience and unify both platforms into a single marketplace where users can seamlessly buy and sell jewelry in one place.
The new platform is designed for the US and European markets, focusing on trust, product presentation, and a premium luxury shopping experience.
The core idea behind the project was to create a modern Shopify-ready ecosystem that supports both traditional e-commerce and marketplace functionality while maintaining a refined luxury aesthetic.

My Role

I worked on the full product design direction, including brand integration, UX structure, and marketing assets.
The project included:
• Website UX/UI design • Product page optimization • Marketplace experience design • Marketing and advertising assets • Email marketing templates • Social media campaign visuals • UGC-style promotional content
All design work was created in Figma with both desktop and mobile versions.

Key Design Highlights

Unified Marketplace Experience

The new platform combines buying and selling jewelry in one ecosystem, simplifying the user journey and improving marketplace usability.
Users can easily:
• discover new jewelry pieces • list items for resale • browse curated collections • explore estate jewelry

Premium UX & Brand Consistency

The design system uses the brand’s existing typography and color palette to maintain consistency while modernizing the digital experience.
The interface emphasizes:
• clean luxury aesthetics • strong product photography • minimal distractions • clear navigation

Optimized Product Discovery

The product catalog was designed to make browsing intuitive and efficient.
Key features include:
• large product imagery • clear pricing and product details • structured layout for quick comparison • smooth browsing experience

Advanced Product Page

The product page was designed as a high-conversion e-commerce layout with all modern functionality.
It includes:
• detailed product specifications • trust signals and purchase reassurance • high-resolution imagery • persuasive product storytelling
The structure also allows easy scaling to other marketplaces like Amazon.

Marketing Assets

To support marketing campaigns and brand promotion, I created a full set of promotional materials.
Included:
• branded intro animation for advertising videos • three UGC-style promotional concepts • three email marketing templates (buying & selling campaigns) • three Instagram advertising concepts (static + video)
These assets were designed to drive traffic and build marketplace engagement.

Result

The final concept presents a modern Shopify-ready jewelry marketplace that merges Verma’s existing platforms into a unified digital experience.
