To showcase my writing and content marketing skills, here is a blog post that I wrote a few years ago for a previous employer. While employed at the company, I helped found and eventually led our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Employee Resource Group (ERG) as President. This group picked up a lot of momentum and increased interest in the summer of 2020, and it was my responsibility to transition the group from just a few volunteers to a board with different committees, all working together to shift the company culture to be more inclusive and equitable for people of color.
