Creative Direction and Packaging Design for MALU

Matcha By Malu is an all natural, premium matcha blend infused with adaptogens and functional mushrooms for an elevated latte experience that supports mood and energy. Our goal was to define the creative direction for MALU and design packaging for the full product set ahead of launch. The visual direction draws from the Japanese philosophy of Wabi Sabi. Wabi reflects the beauty found in the imperfect and impermanent forms of nature, while Sabi speaks to a quiet, tranquil state. Together they shaped a calm, intentional, and refined identity for MALU.
