Redesigning Web Pages for KnackApp

This case study focuses on the redesign of several web pages for a client to enhance user experience. The goal was to create intuitive and visually appealing designs for the Privacy and Policy page, FAQ page, Contact Us modal, Pricing modals, and About Us page.

The previous Privacy and Policy page was dense and overwhelming for users, so I aimed to simplify the information while maintaining legal compliance. I implemented a clean and minimalistic design with a clear hierarchy of content. By organizing the content into digestible sections and utilizing visually engaging elements, I created a user-friendly page that made privacy information easily accessible and understandable.

The original FAQ page lacked structure and clarity, making it challenging for users to find the information they were seeking. The new approach involved categorizing the frequently asked questions into relevant sections and using expandable accordions to provide concise answers. With a clean and modern design, the new FAQ page allowed users to quickly navigate through the content and find solutions to their queries effortlessly.

The Contact Us modal presented an opportunity to improve the user experience by providing a streamlined communication channel. I designed a modal that maintained visual consistency with the website while optimizing usability. By simplifying the form fields and adding clear instructions to ensure that users could effortlessly reach out to the right channel.

The original pricing modals lacked clarity and failed to communicate the value proposition effectively. The redesigned modals featured a visually appealing layout with concise pricing tiers and transparent contact channels. By employing visual cues, such as icons and color differentiations, we made it easier for users to compare the options and make informed decisions. The redesigned modals improved clarity, making the pricing information more accessible and engaging.

The existing About Us page lacked personality and failed to convey the client's unique story effectively. I undertook a comprehensive redesign, incorporating captivating layout and compelling storytelling. By highlighting the client's values and mission, I created a more personal and relatable experience for users. The redesigned About Us page provided a deeper understanding of the client's brand and fostered a sense of connection.
