Why aren’t my books syncing across devices? Make sure you’re logged in with the same account on each device. If you’re offline, changes will sync automatically when you reconnect.

EPUB or PDF upload fails? Check file size (<50MB recommended) and format. Try re-uploading, or use a different browser if it persists.

Reader crashes on some PDFs? Some complex PDFs (with lots of images or DRM) might not be fully supported. Try converting to a simpler format or re-importing.

Can’t see highlights/notes after reload? Notes and highlights are saved per account and book. Make sure sync is complete before closing the app.

Styling looks off on mobile? Refresh the page or clear cache. If you customized themes, reset to default and try again.
