Built for flexibility, we introduced multi-stop deliveries, live dispute group chats, price negotiation, and even a feature that allows small businesses to advertise within the app. It’s fast, fair, and made for real-life hustle.

Courier services in Nigeria tend to feel rigid and frustrating. From poor pricing transparency to slow dispute resolution, the whole experience often leaves users stuck and helpless.

GoVeloox now offers multi-stop deliveries, dispute resolution is handled through a real-time group chat connecting customers, riders, and admins for faster outcomes, price negotiation is directly within the app, bringing offline haggling into a clean, time-efficient experience, and the platform supports sponsored ads, providing businesses a native, relevant way to reach users and creating a new revenue stream.
