Structur: UX/UI for Construction Project Workflows

The goal
Structur brings together the work of general contractors and their teams. As the product evolved, the interface needed to connect company-wide tools with individual projects and keep detailed workflows manageable.
Our role
We supported the existing product with UX/UI design, project-context navigation, desktop and mobile interfaces, and design-system updates. This selection covers the company dashboard, task planning, RFI management and dashboard customization.
The design decisions
The company dashboard brings tasks, active projects, daily logs and timesheets into one overview. The task calendar then places construction activities on a weekly timeline.

Project context and RFI management
Project context stays visible alongside the tools. The RFI workspace places the selected project and the main product areas above the records, so users can see where they are working.
RFIs carry their context into the overview. The grid brings status, due date, responsibility and the record action together inside the project workspace.

Dashboard customization
Dashboard customization is organized by work area. The widget selector groups options for leads, projects, finances and company operations within the dashboard context.
