Mental health is very important to me and I am a huge supporter of self-care. I created a list of my favorite self-care practices and decided to share them with the world. Transparency is key with mental health and I hope that this post makes it possible for open communication about mental health and give people the chance to compare their own self-care practices with not only myself, but others as well.
