Revitalising a Three-Year-Old Design System

I led an overhaul of a partially implemented design system for a leading European workforce management tool. By auditing all components, introducing new design tokens, and improving documentation, we boosted developer efficiency, reduced UI inconsistencies, and enhanced accessibility.
