Digital Transformation and Process Optimization

I have led process optimization and digital transformation for a hospitality client. Understanding the entire tech architecture and infrastructure by front, middle and back office.

Process Optimization: I have strategized topline growth verticals along with business leaders to expand the business and grow revenue. I have been a part of the GTM and New product development teams.

Digital Transformation: I have led the implementation of Salesforce CRM and the creation of a MarTech platform (from AI layer to create cohorts to delivery of campaigns using an Omnichannel communication vendor).

I have also been a part of the workstream for creating a Customer Data Platform and integrating it to various data channels.
