Entreredes is an electronics shop located at the Unilago shopping mall in Bogotá, Colombia. It is owned by the same family that owns Unilago and specializes in connectivity solutions (wi-fi routers, access points, cords, etc.).

The owners maintain a website where you can browse and buy their products but lately, have been receiving negative feedback from customers. They came to us looking to revamp their website and create a streamlined shopping experience.

The main pain point we were asked to address was that customers who are not knowledgeable about the products they sell have a hard time comparing and choosing the best option without having to call or visit the shop in person.

The results we have so far are from our first presentation, where we shared the first prototype for the new website.
